Claudette joined BMS in 2004. It is her cheery voice you are most likely to hear when you call and she is the first smiling face you see when you visit us.

Although completely unfamiliar with broaching when she joined us, she is now well versed enough to answer many non-technical customer questions and knows which questions to ask to get callers in touch with the proper BMS team member.

Claudette has an infectious positive attitude and takes on all tasks with the fervor of a true professional. She is a valued member of the BMS family.
