Mark Przeadzki

• Position: Electrical Technician/Lead Tool Setter for PBM (BMS's production broaching division)
• BMS Team Member Since 1995

Mark joined his brother, longtime BMS team member Ron Przeadzki, at BMS straight out of high school where he excelled in machining and material processing courses and earned a certificate in small engine repair.

His first years were spent in the clean and teardown department where he learned how broaching machines were constructed. Since then, Mark has spent time apprenticing in all the manufacturing departments including the machine rigging, mechanical build and hydraulic departments and has recently found a permanent home in the BMS electrical department where he has become a valuable member of that team.

Mark has also assisted on many field service calls where his cross training in all departments has proven to be a great asset in getting service calls completed quickly and effectively.

In addition to his responsibilities in the electrical department, Mark has evolved into the lead tool setter at Production Broaching and Machining (PBM), BMS's production broaching division. In this position, Mark's responsibilities include setting up various broaching jobs including both internal and surface broaching operations as well as ensuring that PBM's stable of machines is maintained and in good operating condition. His efforts here have allowed PBM to meet or exceed all its' scheduling and quality commitments.

Mark's positive attitude and willingness to do anything that is asked of him helps BMS to consistently deliver machines and production parts On Time, On Budget and On Objectives.
